Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a ServiceNow Senior Technical Consultant with deep expertise in Workplace Service Delivery to modernize employee services and drive digital workplace transformation. You will lead end-to-end delivery, collaborate across facilities, HR, security, and IT, and ensure scalable, enterprise-grade solutions leveraging workforce data and integrations.

The role requires strong JavaScript, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Service Portal skills, plus experience in agile environments

Qualifications

• 7+ years of ServiceNow implementation experience, with 4+ years in Workplace Service Delivery or related Employee Workflow apps.
• Strong knowledge of workplace operations, facilities management, space planning, reservations, and employee experience design.
• Experience configuring Workplace Case Management, Reservations, Space Management, and Visitor Management; CAD/BIM integrations are a plus.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Service Portal/Employee Center configuration.
• Experience collaborating with facilities, HR, security, and workplace operations teams.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or related field; CIS-Workplace Service Delivery, CIS-Employee Service Management, CSA preferred.

ServiceNow Senior Technical Consultant – IT Workspace Service Delivery (WSD)

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Senior Technical Consultant with deep expertise in Workplace Service Delivery (WSD) and strong, end-to-end platform capability. This role is ideal for someone who can translate complex workplace experience, employee journey, and service-automation requirements into scalable, enterprise-grade ServiceNow solutions. You will play a key role in modernizing employee services, improving service efficiency, and driving digital workplace transformation across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow WSD solutions, including Workplace Case Management, Workplace Reservations, Space Management, Visitor Management, and Workplace Service Portal experiences.
• Partner with facilities, HR, security, real-estate, and IT teams to understand workplace operations and design intuitive, efficient service experiences.
• Implement and optimize workplace reservation workflows, space utilization models, floor mapping, and workplace case processes.
• Deliver high-quality development and configuration across the ServiceNow platform, applying best practices in scripting, UI/UX, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring alignment with architectural standards, governance, and workplace data-quality frameworks.
• Support integrations between ServiceNow WSD and building management systems, IoT sensors, access control systems, HR platforms, and ITSM processes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by enhancing workplace visibility, improving employee experience, and enabling data-driven workplace operations.
• Stay current with ServiceNow roadmap updates, particularly advancement within the WSD suite, Employee Center, and related platform capabilities.

Required Experience & Skills:

• 7+ years of experience implementing ServiceNow solutions, with at least 4+ years focused on Workplace Service Delivery or related Employee Workflow applications.
• Strong understanding of Workplace operations, facilities management, space planning, reservations, and employee experience design.
• Expertise in configuring Workplace Case Management, Reservations, Space Management, and Visitor Management; experience with floor mapping and CAD/BIM integrations is advantageous.
• Ability to design scalable, secure, and complaint WSD architectures aligned with enterprise governance standards.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Service Portal / Employee Center configuration.
• Experience collaborating with facilities, HR, security, and workplace operations teams.
• Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; relevant ServiceNow certifications (CIS-Workplace Service Delivery, CIS-Employee Service Management, CSA) preferred.
