Job summary

Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Head of Technology Transformation & Portfolio Management to lead the Technology Transformation and PMO across initiatives in line with business objectives. You will oversee governance, delivery, capacity planning and UAE National development to build a sustainable technology delivery capability.

You will drive roadmap execution, stakeholder management and benefits realization while championing agile, hybrid and value-based delivery across programs

Qualifications

• Specialist knowledge in technology transformation and organizational change management.
• Experience in enterprise portfolio management and benefits realization.
• Strong PMO governance, stage-gate controls and executive reporting capabilities.
• Delivery oversight across Agile, Waterfall and hybrid models.
• Financial management of portfolios, capacity planning and FTE optimization.
• Development of UAE National talent and succession planning.
• Workforce analytics and organisation design for capacity planning.
• Experience with risk, issue, dependency, audit and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to lead senior stakeholders and strategic partners with credibility.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the technology transformation roadmap and change enablement priorities.
• Lead transformation adoption, Agile and hybrid ways of working and value-based delivery.
• Oversee readiness, communications, knowledge sharing and communities of practice.
• Provide transparent portfolio reporting on scope, schedule, cost and benefits.
• Drive PMO maturity and corrective actions based on assurance findings.
• Lead PM Delivery to ensure delivery within scope, schedule and budget.
• Manage workforce planning, FTE demand and capacity across the function.
• Develop UAE National development plans, mentoring and career pathways.
• Act as trusted advisor to CIO and Technology Leadership on transformation matters.
