Job summary

ADIB is seeking a senior leader to define and drive the technology transformation roadmap and PMO enhancements in Abu Dhabi. You will oversee large technology programs, shape portfolio governance, and coach a leadership team to deliver within scope, schedule, and budget.

Qualifications focus on transformation, portfolio management, governance, and regulatory compliance, with a strong emphasis on UAE Nationals development and executive stakeholder engagement.

• Experience delivering technology programs and projects.
• Strong governance and portfolio management experience.
• Proven ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams and executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the technology transformation roadmap and operating model improvements
• Own portfolio planning, prioritization and investment governance for Technology initiatives
• Establish PMO policies, standards, stage gates and assurance requirements
• Oversee delivery of technology programs and projects within scope, schedule and budget
• Develop the function workforce plan, FTE demand forecast and succession pipelines
• Own structured development plans for UAE Nationals
• Lead, coach and develop the function leadership team
• Act as trusted advisor to the Acting CIO and Technology Leadership Team
