Job summary

Mashreq is seeking a Transformation Office Portfolio Manager to govern the technology projects portfolio across Mashreq Groups. You will partner with Group leadership on investment planning, delivery governance, and benefits realization.

In this role you will provide decision-ready portfolio views, identify risks and dependencies, and drive resolution through governance forums. You will coach PMs and ensure adherence to Mashreq Methods, supporting budgeting and planning cycles.

Qualifications

• Experience governing technology change portfolios across multiple groups.
• Ability to provide decision-ready views from demand to benefits realization.
• Strong collaboration with senior leadership to drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Govern and prioritize the technology change portfolio for Mashreq Groups.
• Act as Transformation Office partner to Group leadership on planning and governance.
• Provide assurance on project quality and adherence to Mashreq Methods.
• Coach and mentor project managers; manage selected projects as needed.
• Coordinate budgeting, initiation and planning cycles with group Owners.
• Maintain single source of truth and transparent progress reporting.
• Drive value realization and forward forecasting for portfolio health.
