Job summary

Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (ADIB) is seeking a Senior PMO Governance Lead in Abu Dhabi to establish and maintain the technology project governance framework and PMO standards. You will lead health checks, quality reviews, and assurance assessments, while owning portfolio dashboards, reporting standards and data quality controls.

You will coordinate governance forums, decision papers and action tracking, and develop the PM Governance workforce, FTE plans and capacity management.

Qualifications

• PMO governance experience across frameworks, policies and lifecycle controls.
• Proven ability to manage portfolio governance, investment controls and benefits realization.
• Strong project assurance, stage-gate governance and audit readiness.
• Experience with portfolio reporting, dashboards and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain the Technology project governance framework and PMO standards.
• Lead project health checks, quality reviews and assurance assessments.
• Own portfolio dashboards, reporting standards and data quality controls.
