Qualifications

• A graduation degree is essential for UAE visa and work permit.
• Typically, three or more years’ experience in transformation, change, consulting, or project delivery.
• Banking experience in a large, regulated organisation is preferred.
• Strong PM capability across agile, waterfall or hybrid methodologies.
• Experience supporting stakeholder management, governance and delivery reporting.
• Understanding of banking operations, process improvement, and operating model design.

Responsibilities

• Deliver transformation workstreams across process improvement, operating model change, digitisation, efficiency and control enhancement.
• Translate priorities into delivery plans, milestones, resources, dependencies and measurable outcomes.
• Support benefits tracking, financial management, forecasting and resource planning.
• Lead or support discovery, root-cause analysis, requirements gathering, gap analysis and target-state design.
• Maintain project governance, including plans, RAID logs, dependencies, actions, reporting and steering materials.
• Monitor scope, budget, timelines, risks, issues and benefits, escalating constraints and proposing practical solutions.
• Build effective relationships across business, operations, technology, risk, finance and other stakeholder groups.
• Support testing, business readiness, communications, training, deployment and post-go-live stabilisation.
• Ensure change is delivered in line with HSBC policies, regulatory expectations and the internal control environment.
• Embed sustainable controls and maintain accurate documentation, approvals, evidence and audit trails.
• Promote simplification, constructive challenge, timely decision-making and inclusive teamwork.
