Job summary

LK Talent Collective in Dubai, UAE, invites an experienced Technical Talent Partner to lead a 360 recruitment desk. You’ll develop your market, win clients and manage recruitment from first outreach to placement, with autonomy and support from the founder.

This hybrid role covers business development, account management and delivery across UAE tech sectors, from software to data and AI. You’ll build networks, negotiate terms and drive growth while delivering a high‑quality, responsive service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a 360 recruitment role within technology.
• Track record of winning clients and converting opportunities into placements.
• Experience building candidate networks and sourcing hard-to-find talent.

Responsibilities

• Identify and win new clients across the UAE technology market.
• Build relationships with founders, technology leaders, hiring managers and HR teams.
• Develop a clear desk strategy, identifying target businesses and specialist talent pools.
• Secure job briefs, advise on hiring requirements and negotiate recruitment terms.
• Recruit across technical disciplines such as software engineering, cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data and AI.
• Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, networking, referrals and direct outreach.
• Assess candidates’ technical experience, motivations, salary expectations and suitability for each role.
• Manage shortlists, interviews, feedback, offers and negotiations through to successful starts.
• Grow repeat business by delivering a responsive, high-quality service.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts and pipeline updates.
• Take ownership of agreed activity, business development, placement and billing targets.

About us

We’re looking for an experienced Technical Talent Partner to build and grow a technology recruitment desk. You’ll have the autonomy to develop your market, win clients and manage recruitment from the first introduction through to placement.

The role

This is a full 360 recruitment role, combining business development, account management and candidate delivery. You’ll be responsible for generating your own opportunities and building a profitable desk, with support from the founder and wider team.

• Confidence discussing hiring needs with technical stakeholders.
• Experience building candidate networks and sourcing hard-to-find talent.
• Strong negotiation, organisation and relationship management skills.
• Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to developing your desk.
• Someone who enjoys autonomy, takes accountability and wants to contribute to a growing agency.
• UAE recruitment experience and an established regional network would be an advantage.
