Job summary

Inspire Selection in Dubai is seeking an experienced Technology Recruitment Consultant/Manager to grow our technology desk, win new business, and build long-term client relationships. This role offers autonomy, flexibility, and strong earning potential within a supportive team.

You'll leverage our UAE presence, network, and established client base to drive growth, attend industry events, and deliver excellent candidate experiences.

Qualifications

• 3–4+ years' experience in agency recruitment specialising in Technology / IT.
• Proven track record of winning new business.
• Entrepreneurial with strong communication skills.
• UAE recruitment experience preferred.

This opportunity is for someone who knows the Technology recruitment market, enjoys building relationships and, importantly, loves the business development side of recruitment.

The Role

• Develop and grow our Technology / IT recruitment desk
• Proactively win new business and build your own client portfolio
• Identify opportunities, open doors and develop long-term client relationships
• Build on Inspire Selection's existing network and reputation
• Negotiate Terms of Business confidently
• Attend networking and industry events
• Manage the full 360 recruitment process, from business development through to placement
• Source, headhunt, shortlist and close
• Deliver an excellent client and candidate experience
• Consistently bill and grow your desk

What We're Looking For

• 3–4+ years' experience in agency recruitment, specialising in Technology / IT
• A proven track record of winning new business, not just managing existing accounts
• A genuine appetite for sales, networking and developing client relationships
• Strong understanding of the Technology recruitment market
• UAE recruitment experience preferred
• Commercially driven, confident and entrepreneurial
• Gravitas, credibility and excellent communication skills
• Someone who enjoys working independently but also values being part of a supportive team
