Inspire Selection is a Dubai-based boutique recruitment agency seeking an experienced Technology Recruitment Consultant/Manager to lead the tech desk, win new business and build lasting client relationships.

This role offers autonomy, strong earning potential via commission, flexible working, and exposure to a loyal client base, with visa and medical insurance provided.

Qualifications

• 3–4+ years experience in agency recruitment, specialising in Technology / IT.
• A proven track record of winning new business, not just managing existing accounts.
• Genuine appetite for sales, networking and developing client relationships.
• Strong understanding of the Technology recruitment market.
• UAE recruitment experience preferred.
• Commercially driven, confident and entrepreneurial.
• Gravitas, credibility and excellent communication skills.
• Someone who enjoys working independently but also values being part of a supportive team.

Inspire Selection is a well-established, independently owned boutique recruitment agency in Dubai. We're looking for an experienced Technology Recruitment Consultant / Manager to join our high-performing team.

This opportunity is for someone who knows the Technology recruitment market, enjoys building relationships and, importantly, loves the business development side of recruitment.

We're looking for someone who wants to grow their own desk, win new clients and be rewarded for their success.
