• 7+ years of recruitment experience.
• Strong technology recruitment background.
• Experience building and leading recruitment desks.

Responsibilities

• Build and deliver the recruitment academy.
• Train and coach junior recruiters.
• Develop recruitment, business development and technology skills.
• Set and manage performance KPIs.
• Build a high-performance recruitment culture.
• Drive revenue targets for the cohort (AED 600k+ in 6 months).
• Scale the model for future cohorts.
