Job summary

Paul Newstone in Dubai is seeking a Senior Consultant to join our team and lead end-to-end recruitment across the full lifecycle. You will manage client relationships, source and evaluate candidates, and close placements with autonomy.

Based in or able to work hybrid from Dubai, UAE, you will drive business development, negotiate terms, and build a strong local desk with focus on delivering results for clients in the UAE market.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in recruitment or executive search.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills in English.
• Ability to manage a full 360° recruitment desk independently.
• Based in, or able to work hybrid from, Dubai, UAE.
• Self-motivated and target-driven with base + commission structure.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from business development to placement.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
• Source and evaluate candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools.
• Negotiate terms with clients and manage offer/closing process.
• Contribute to a growing Dubai desk with autonomy to build your own pipeline.
