Job summary

Future Group in Dubai is seeking a Sales Executive for IT hardware to drive revenue across laptops, printers, monitors and accessories. You will develop relationships with corporate and individual customers, provide expert product advice, and close both B2B and B2C deals.

The role requires 2+ years in IT hardware sales, strong tech knowledge, and excellent communication. Travel locally and internationally may be involved, with an on-site Dubai work model.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in IT hardware sales or a related technology sales role.
• Experience selling laptops, printers, monitors, or similar products.
• Strong product knowledge with the ability to explain complex specifications clearly.
• Proven experience in B2B and B2C sales activities.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Target-driven, organized and results-oriented approach.
• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are advantageous.
• Willingness and ability to travel locally or internationally.

Responsibilities

• Sell laptops, printers, monitors, toners, and IT hardware to B2B and B2C customers.
• Present features, specs, compatibility, benefits and usage clearly.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across corporate and individual segments.
• Build and maintain relationships with procurement teams and stakeholders.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable hardware solutions.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing and terms, and manage the sales process to closing.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.
• Follow up with prospects to maximise repeat business and referrals.
• Maintain records of activities, quotations, and pipeline opportunities.
• Coordinate with brand promoters, store management, and internal teams for effective representation.
• Stay updated on IT hardware trends and competition, and travel as required.
