Job summary

Dubai Integrated Economic Zones Authority is seeking a Business Development professional to attract, retain, and grow technology- and engineering-driven companies within Dubai Silicon Oasis. The role focuses on occupancy growth, commercial performance, and shaping DSO as a live–work–innovate ecosystem.

You will engage tech companies, coordinate cross-functional teams, and support proposals, site visits, and go-to-market plans, while analyzing market data and pricing benchmarks to guide decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technology (mandatory).
• 3–5 years proven experience in Business Development.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in technology/engineering ecosystems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support business development initiatives across commercial, retail, and community living assets to drive occupancy and revenue growth.
• Identify and engage technology, engineering, IT, R&D, and innovation-focused companies to locate or expand within DSO.
• Support client acquisition, renewals, and expansion opportunities, including preparing proposals and coordinating meetings and site visits.
• Support pre-leasing activities for upcoming developments and contribute to commercialization plans and go-to-market initiatives.
• Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and pricing analysis to support decision-making.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to progress opportunities and resolve requirements.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and management summaries for internal governance and executive review; track pipeline progress and KPIs.
