Halian is hiring Junior Business Development Representatives to join our Dubai team. You will generate new business by speaking with IT and technology companies, building relationships with decision-makers, and winning new client accounts.

No recruitment experience required, training and support provided to build a career in B2B sales. You'll be measured on outbound activity, pipeline growth and meeting targets, with performance-linked bonuses and salary progression.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, telesales, business development or another phone-based role is advantageous.
• Confident making outbound calls and speaking with clients.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Motivated by targets and capable of working to KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to IT and technology companies.
• Identify new business opportunities and build a prospect pipeline.
• Speak with hiring managers and key decision-makers.
• Generate qualified meetings and new client opportunities.
• Build and develop relationships with prospective clients.
• Work towards clear monthly and quarterly KPIs.
• Manage your own pipeline and follow up consistently.
