Emarat is seeking a Talent Relations Specialist to manage HR operations, coordinate payroll, and maintain accurate employee records in UAE law compliance. You will ensure timely processing and support across the HR function.

You will act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, prepare HR reports, support employee relations, attendance, onboarding/offboarding, and ensure alignment with UAE labor regulations while partnering with line managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 4+ years of experience in talent relations or HR.
• Preferred knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.

Responsabilités

• Support HR operations by coordinating administrative and payroll-related activities to ensure timely service delivery.
• Maintain up-to-date employee records and accurate data entry into the HRIS with confidentiality.
• Act as first point of contact for employee inquiries on HR policies, benefits and procedures.
