Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Talent Performance Specialist to join the HR department. He/She oversees the collection, analysis, and reporting of talent and performance data. This role involves supporting HR initiatives by providing accurate insights, maintaining data integrity, and facilitating effective decision-making to enhance organizational performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Measures the completion rate of performance reviewswithin a specified period (e.g., annually, semi-annually). Indicates adherenceto the performance management process.
- Design, implement, and administer the company's performance managementsystem, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
- Follow and monitor probationary employees’ performance
- Provide training and support to managers and employees on theperformance management process.
- Analyze performance data to identify trends, areas for improvement, andtop performers. - Collaborate with management to address performance issues and developperformance improvement plans. - Ensure the performance management system is aligned with the company'sstrategic objectives and legal requirements .
- Regularly review and update the performance management system to ensureits effectiveness.
Education :
Bachelor’sdegree in human resources management, Business Administration, or a relatedfield. A Master's degree or HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, CIPD)are a plus.
Experience:
Minimum of 2, 3 years of experience in talent management, with a focus onperformance management and employee engagement. Experience in real estateindustry is preferred.
Knowledge:
Solid understanding of performance managementprinciples, employee engagement strategies, HR best practices, and UAE laborlaw.
