Job summary

Nationwide Middle East Properties LLC in Abu Dhabi is seeking a detail-oriented Junior Talent Performance Specialist to join the HR team. This role oversees collection, analysis, and reporting of talent and performance data to support informed decisions.

You will design and administer the company's performance management system, support managers with training, monitor probationary staff, and help ensure alignment with UAE labor laws and strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or HR certifications are a plus.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in talent management, with a focus on performance management and employee engagement. Experience in real estate industry is preferred.
• Solid understanding of performance management principles, employee engagement strategies, HR best practices, and UAE labor law.

Responsibilities

• Measures the completion rate of performance reviews within a specified period (e.g., annually, semi-annually). Indicates adherence to the performance management process.
• Design, implement, and administer the company's performance management system, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
• Follow and monitor probationary employees’ performance.
• Provide training and support to managers and employees on the performance management process.
• Analyze performance data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and top performers. Collaborate with management to address performance issues and develop performance improvement plans. Ensure the performance management system is aligned with the company's strategic objectives and legal requirements.
• Regularly review and update the performance management system to ensure its effectiveness.
