Accor is seeking a People & Development Executive to support HR initiatives, including recruitment, onboarding, training and development, performance management, and HR administration in Abu Dhabi. You will work with managers to foster a positive workplace and ensure policy compliance while upholding corporate standards and labour regulations.

You will coordinate end-to-end recruitment, onboarding plans, and employee relations, while monitoring training effectiveness and maintaining accurate HR

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in HR, Business, Organizational Psychology or related field.

Mansioni

• Coordinate recruitment activities, onboarding and 30-60-90 day plans.
• Support learning & development programs and maintain training records.
• Assist with employee engagement initiatives and handling HR queries.
• Coordinate performance management processes and maintain appraisal records.
• Maintain confidential HR records and assist with policy compliance.
