Job summary

Hyatt International in the United Arab Emirates seeks an Assistant Manager - Training & Development to ensure the efficient running of the Training Department within the Human Resources division, aligned with corporate strategies and brand standards.

You will lead training initiatives, ensure compliance with ISO 14001:2015 EMS and HRDCH procedures, and foster a culture of service excellence through strong presentation, administrative and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• University degree or diploma in HRM/HRD or Hospitality/Tourism management.
• Minimum 2 years work experience as Training Officer/Executive or Assistant Manager in larger operation.
• Good presentation, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
• Knowledge of ISO 14001:2015 (EMS) standards and ability to comply with HRDCH environmental management procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Training Department in the Human Resources Division to ensure smooth operations.
• Run training programs in line with Hyatt International corporate strategies and brand standards.
