Job summary

Hyatt Regency Dubai Creek Heights is seeking an Assistant Manager - Training & Development to ensure the smooth operation of the Training Department within the Human Resources Division, aligning with Hyatt International's brand standards.

You will drive training initiatives, monitor compliance with ISO 14001:2015 (EMS) and HRDCH environmental procedures, and collaborate with department heads to meet employee, guest and owner expectations.

Qualifications

• University degree or diploma in HRM/HRD or Hospitality/Tourism management.
• Minimum 2 years work experience as Training Officer/Executive or Assistant Manager in larger operation.
• Knowledge of ISO 14001:2015 (EMS) standards and ability to comply with HRDCH environmental management procedures.
