Job summary

AccorHotels Middle East is seeking an Assistant Manager, People Development to lead training and development initiatives at our Abu Dhabi property. The role focuses on establishing training tools, coordinating performance reviews, and ensuring up-to-date training materials across departments.

You will drive learning programs, oversee quality standards, and collaborate with senior leaders and the P&C team to align development plans with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
• 2 years of experience in L&D roles within hospitality with track record.
• Proven progressive experience in developing and delivering learning programs in a multi-unit organization.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish training tools and collaborate with Regional Office.
• Coordinate annual performance reviews for supervisory staff with People & Culture.
• Manage training certificates and ensure updated job descriptions for in-house trainers.
• Lead and coordinate monthly training, quality, and business summary reports.
