Responsibilities

• Administer Voice of Employee channels by logging submissions and routing feedback.
• Coordinate Employee Engagement Committee meetings and support culture initiatives.
• Provide administrative support for talent reviews, potential assessments, and succession planning.
• Maintain digital records and trackers, prepare progress reports and presentations.
• Support project coordination, liaise with stakeholders for logistics and document distribution.
