Job summary

The Sanad Group seeks a detail-oriented Talent & Organizational Effectiveness Officer to support employee engagement, culture initiatives, and talent management programs in Abu Dhabi. You will coordinate surveys, collect feedback, and assist with talent reviews and succession planning.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, psychology, or related field.
Experience in HR administration or employee engagement is preferred.
Training in survey coordination or talent management is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Support administration of Voice of Employee channels and maintain accurate records of feedback.
Coordinate employee engagement surveys, pulse surveys, and HR satisfaction surveys with scheduling and tracking.
Prepare summaries, presentations, and reports of survey results for stakeholders.
Maintain survey trackers and monitor action plan implementation progress.
Assist with Employee Engagement Committee meetings and minute taking.
