Job summary

TALENTMATE is expanding its footprint in Dubai, UAE, and is hiring the first Talent Acquisition professional to lead regional recruiting across multiple functions, with a strong emphasis on tech roles.

You will collaborate with senior hiring leaders to accelerate growth, design creative sourcing strategies, and optimize the candidate experience while scaling the recruiting function for a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting in a high-growth environment.
• Proven ability to hire across multiple functions with focus on tech.
• Strong ownership, urgency, and bias toward action.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Fluency in local language.
