Job summary

Wonderful in Dubai is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to lead hiring as the region's first TA hire. You will own end-to-end recruiting across multiple functions, with a focus on tech roles, and partner closely with leaders to move quickly and scale.

You will build sourcing strategies, drive a fast, high-quality process, and use data to improve outcomes while shaping Wonderful's presence in the UAE market.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth environment.
• Ownership, urgency, and agency with a bias toward action.
• Proven success hiring across multiple functions, with primary focus on tech roles.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and building processes from the ground up.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Fluent in local language.
