Job summary

Ventures Middle East in Dubai is seeking a hands-on Recruiter/Talent Acquisition specialist to lead the full recruitment life cycle for the region. You will source, screen, interview, and present qualified candidates while partnering with management across cultures to meet workforce goals.

The role requires excellent communication, strong knowledge of recruiting strategies and ATS, and the ability to balance multiple deadlines in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition professional
• Excellent communication skills across cultures and teams
• Solid knowledge of recruiting policies, strategies and best practices
• Hands-on experience with phone interviews, reference checks and assessments
• Ability to conduct structured, competency-based and behavioral interviews
• Familiarity with HR databases and applicant tracking systems
• Bilingual in English and Arabic preferred

Scope &Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the companys Full cycle recruiting and Talent Acquisition methods and strategies as well as in finding attracting and hiring new employees to fill open positions and meet the companys workforce needs and goals. Assist in HR Administrative related tasks.
• Manage and own the full recruitment life cycle from A to Z for your region with limited support from your manager.
• Experienced in Talent acquisition to source Technically hard skill sets through a variety of methods: Head hunting social media referral centric sourcing strategies professional networking search & selection behavioral interviewing.
• Working closely with the HR team and across the business ensuring you are able to successfully take in a brief and articulate with Management from a variety of cultures and backgrounds. This will involve asking seeking questions and challenging management on key decisions to ensure this adheres to the recruitment process.
