Qualifications

• Experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition professional.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of recruiting strategies, policies and best practices.
• Hands-on with multiple screening methods including phone interviews and reference checks.
• Ability to conduct structured, competency-based and behavioral interviews.
• Familiarity with HR databases and applicant tracking systems.
• Bilingual English/Arabic preferred.

Scope &Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the company's Full cycle recruiting and Talent Acquisition methods and strategies as well as in finding, attracting and hiring new employees to fill open positions and meet the company's workforce needs and goals. Assist in HR Administrative related tasks.
• Manage and own the full recruitment life cycle from A to Z for your region, with limited support from your manager.
• Experienced in Talent acquisition to source Technically hard skill sets through a variety of methods: Head hunting, social media, referral centric sourcing strategies, professional networking, search & selection, behavioral interviewing.
• Working closely with the HR team and across the business, ensuring you are able to successfully take in a brief and articulate with Management from a variety of cultures and backgrounds. This will involve asking seeking questions and challenging management on key decisions to ensure this adheres to the recruitment process.

Skills & Qualification

• Ability to prioritize and complete projects within deadline

• Proven work experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition
  Excellent communication skills

• Solid knowledge of recruiting Strategies policies and bestpractice

• Hands on experience with various selection processes like phone interviews and reference checks
