Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting in a high-growth environment.
• Proven ability to hire across multiple functions with focus on tech.
• Strong ownership, urgency, and bias toward action.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Fluency in local language.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end hiring across multiple functions as the first Talent Acquisition hire in the region.
• Partner closely with hiring leaders to move quickly, solve hiring challenges, and deliver against ambitious growth goals.
• Build and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage exceptional talent.
• Drive a fast, high-quality hiring process while raising the bar for candidate experience.
• Use data and market insights to continuously improve hiring outcomes and scale recruiting operations.
