Unique Properties in Dubai seeks a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to scale the sales force. You will own end-to-end recruitment for Property Consultants and other real estate roles, building a robust pipeline and collaborating with Sales Directors to forecast hiring needs.

You will leverage an established real estate network in Dubai, sourcing top talent for Off-Plan and Secondary Market divisions while managing employer branding and onboarding processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in talent acquisition/recruitment within real estate development or brokerage.
• Hands-on recruiter for Property Consultants, Sales Agents, Off-Plan/Secondary Market roles in Dubai/UAE.
• Demonstrated success sourcing and closing top sales talent in a fast-paced market.
• Fluency in English; additional languages a strong plus.

As we continue to expand, we are looking for an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing HR team and take ownership of scaling our sales force.

Position Overview

The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a key role in scaling our sales force by sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-performing real estate professionals. This is not an entry-level, CV-processing role — we're looking for a recruitment professional with a proven track record in real estate hiring, deep knowledge of the Dubai real estate landscape, and an established network of relationships within developers and the broader industry. This role requires someone who can hit the ground running, operate with minimal oversight, and act as a trusted advisor to Sales Directors and leadership on hiring strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end recruitment process for Property Consultants and other real estate roles.
• Design and execute strategic sourcing plans for both Off-Plan and Secondary Market divisions.
• Leverage an existing network within developers and the broader real estate industry to source high-caliber candidates.
• Headhunt and engage passive candidates, not just active job seekers, in a competitive talent market.
• Post and manage job advertisements across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Dubizzle, Indeed, Bayut, etc.).
• Conduct initial screenings, coordinate interviews, and facilitate feedback between hiring managers and candidates.
• Build and maintain a strong, active talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Partner closely with Sales Directors and the HR team to forecast hiring requirements and advise on market talent trends.
• Implement and optimize recruitment tools, tracking sheets, and reporting dashboards.
• Elevate employer branding through creative recruitment campaigns and professional candidate communication.
• Ensure a smooth onboarding process in coordination with HR and management teams.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in talent acquisition/recruitment, with a proven track record specifically within the real estate developer/brokerage industry — this is essential, not preferred.
• Must be an experienced recruiter with hands-on background hiring for real estate developers or brokerages (Property Consultants, Sales Agents, Off-Plan/Secondary Market roles).
• Strong, established network within developers and the real estate industry in Dubai/UAE.
• Demonstrated success sourcing and closing high-performing sales talent in a competitive, fast-paced market.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and deliver under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Dubizzle, Indeed, and other sourcing tools.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a strong plus.
