Job summary

Nationwide Middle East Properties LLC is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead recruitment efforts in a corporate environment. Responsibilities include planning, posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offering, onboarding, branding, pipeline management, and reporting.

The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of corporate talent acquisition experience, preferably in real estate, and a HR-related bachelor’s degree with certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote the company's employer brand across channels.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring.
• Prepare recruitment metrics and progress reports.
• Coach recruiters and support line managers in candidate selection.

• Onboarding:Design and implement robust onboarding programs to facilitate new hires’ integration into the company.
  
• Employer Branding:Promote the company’s reputation as an attractive employer through various channels.
  
• Talent Pipeline Management:Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
  
• Recruitment Metrics:Prepare regular recruitment reports highlighting key metrics and recruitment progress.
  
• Coaching:Provide guidance to recruiters and support line managers in the selection process by identifying candidate strengths and weaknesses.
  

Requirements

• Education:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) preferred.
  
• Experience:2-3 years of talent acquisition experience in a corporate environment, preferably in the real estate industry.
