H&S Real Estate Dubai is seeking a proactive Real Estate Talent Acquisition Specialist with proven experience recruiting top real estate professionals in Dubai and a strong understanding of the local market.

You will lead end-to-end recruitment for Real Estate Agents and Sales Professionals, develop pipelines, use LinkedIn and portals, conduct initial interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, and ensure a professional, fast-paced candidate experience while meeting KPIs.

• Develop and implement effective talent sourcing and recruitment strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates and industry professionals.
• Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide regular hiring reports.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the local property market, an established industry network, and a proven ability to attract, assess, and hire high-caliber sales talent in a fast-paced environment.

• Lead end-to-end recruitment of high-performing Real Estate Agents and Sales Professionals.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified real estate talent.
• Utilize LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, industry networks, and other sourcing channels to identify top candidates.
• Conduct initial interviews, assess candidate suitability, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Consistently achieve recruitment KPIs and meet agreed hiring targets and timelines.
• Develop and implement effective talent sourcing and recruitment strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and industry professionals.
• Support and strengthen the company's employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide regular hiring reports to management.
• Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in real estate recruitment or talent acquisition in Dubai.
• Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market and its talent landscape.
• Established network of real estate agents and sales professionals is highly preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting recruitment targets and successfully hiring sales professionals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong sourcing and candidate assessment capabilities.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Chinese or Other language is an added advantage.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and perform effectively in a target-driven environment.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
