Job summary

H&S Real Estate Dubai is seeking a proactive Real Estate Talent Acquisition Specialist to recruit top-performing real estate agents and sales professionals in Dubai. You will build a robust talent pipeline, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers to meet targets.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of Dubai real estate recruitment experience, a strong network, excellent communication skills, and fluency in English (Chinese or another language is a plus).

Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven experience in real estate recruitment or talent acquisition in Dubai.
• Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market and its talent landscape.
• Established network of real estate agents and sales professionals preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting recruitment targets and hiring sales professionals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Chinese or other language is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment of Real Estate Agents and Sales Professionals.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified real estate talent.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and industry networks.
• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Meet recruitment KPIs and hiring targets within timelines.
• Develop and implement effective talent sourcing strategies.
• Maintain relationships with candidates and industry professionals.
• Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
• Provide regular hiring reports to management.
