Qualifications

• Has experience as a recruiter or HR manager from 1 year.
• Experience of working with large volumes of information.
• Good communication skills, results-oriented.
• Understanding the basics of labor law Dubai
• Knows how to conduct an interview;
• Knowledge of English and Russian languages (B2-C2).

Responsibilities

• Active search for personnel;
• Posting vacancies on job sites, social networks;
• Organization of interviews with department heads and HR Director;
• Maintaining a database of potential candidates;
• Providing feedback to candidates;
• Writing a report to the HR manager at the end of the month.
