Job summary

MARE Properties L.L.C in Dubai is seeking a Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle on-site. You will source, screen, interview candidates, draft job descriptions, and maintain an active talent pipeline aligned with business needs.

You will collaborate with hiring managers, coordinate offers and onboarding, run ATS and reporting, and contribute to employer branding while ensuring compliance with UAE labor regulations.

Qualifications

• End-to-end recruitment experience including sourcing, screening and interviewing.
• Strong stakeholder management and clear communication.
• Proficient with ATS, HR databases and basic analytics.
• Knowledge of UAE labor laws and ethical hiring.
• Excellent English; Arabic is a plus.
• Organized and able to manage multiple roles and deadlines.

Responsibilities
