Job summary

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in talent acquisition within FMCG, a degree in HR, and strong communication, ownership, and planning skills. This role emphasizes proactive sourcing, effective onboarding, and precise documentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct end to end recruitment and selection process.
• Identify, attract and source passive talent via multiple channels.
• Plan interview and selection procedures including screenings, assessments and interviews.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs & criteria.
• Assist in creating, editing, posting of job descriptions on various boards.
• Ensure onboarding for new hires and complete paperwork promptly and accurately.
• Coordinate background verifications and manage follow-up communications.
