Job summary

IFFCO Group is looking for a sales leader to manage the assigned sales team, coverage area and products across the UAE. The role focuses on achieving value and volume targets, executing plans, and ensuring optimal product availability in outlets.

You will forecast promotions, monitor route performance, and drive brand activations to sustain competitive advantage. Strong leadership and FMCG experience in the UAE are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in business or management is required.
• MBA is desirable but not mandatory.
• 3+ years in FMCG sales or related roles in the UAE preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the assigned sales team, coverage area and products.
• Ensure supervision and management of sales channel stream and area.
• Achieve the Sales AOP - Value and Volume for the specified area and category.
• Execute sales plans and budgets to meet/exceed annual objectives.
• Forecast promo activity monthly and ensure execution as planned.
• Monitor service levels, sales volume and route performance with reps.
• Deliver monthly sales volume and returns targets per AOP.
• Ensure product visibility and planogram compliance at outlets.
• Oversee wastage control for routes and outlets.
• Supervise a sales team, manage distribution, and display products to customers.
• Order correct volume and mix to service outlets per standards.
• Implement planograms across outlets and categories.
• Conceptualize and execute brand activations and trade investments.
• Monitor POP and devise promotional strategies to boost sales.
• Maintain customer relationships and conduct area-wise reviews.
• Ensure route plans are up-to-date and sales campaigns are followed.
