Job summary

Go Talk General Trading LLC is seeking a Talent Acquisition professional to manage full-cycle recruitment in Dubai. You will source candidates, arrange interviews, and maintain trackers to support hiring across multiple vacancies.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of recruitment experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a good understanding of UAE recruitment practices. This full-time role is based on-site in Dubai and offers opportunities to drive the hiring agenda.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment.
• Good knowledge of sourcing techniques and interview processes.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple vacancies and work under pressure.
• Knowledge of UAE recruitment practices is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle full-cycle recruitment activities from sourcing to onboarding
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and recruitment campaigns
• Arrange interviews, assessments, and follow up with candidates
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
• Support walk-in interviews, recruitment drives, and hiring events
• Prepare recruitment reports and update hiring status to management
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future requirements
