Job summary

IFFCO Group is seeking a Sales Manager to lead the assigned sales team across defined areas, ensuring achievement of AOP targets and effective channel supervision. The role focuses on planning, budgeting, forecasting, and driving distribution and shelf visibility for our FMCG portfolio.

Candidates should have 3–5 years in FMCG sales, 1–3 years in UAE, and a Bachelor’s in business/management (MBA desirable).

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in business or management related field.
• MBA degree in business or management related field is desirable.
• Must have 1 to 3 years’ experience in similar role in the UAE, management experience.
• Overall 3 to 5 years’ experience in FMCG, preferably dealing with food products sales.

Responsibilities

• Achieve the Sales AOP – Value and Volume for the specified area and category.
• Execute Sales plans and budgets to achieve and exceed annual sales objectives.
• Monthly forecasting of promo activity and ensure execution as per the plan.
• Review daily service levels, sales volume and returns with each sales representative.
• Deliver monthly sales volume and returns target as per AOP.
• Ensure correct visibility and availability of products per planogram and share of shelf.
• Monitor wastage and manage routes/outlets under supervision.
• Supervise a team of sales representatives to ensure service levels and distribution.
• Order correct volume and mix to service outlets to company standards.
• Implement Planograms across outlets and categories.
• Conceptualize and execute brand activation and trade investments.
• Monitor POP at store level and devise promotional strategies to increase sales.
• Manage customer relationships and conduct area-wise quarterly reviews.
