Job summary

Asteco is seeking a Team Leader - Talent Acquisition for UAE operations within the People, Culture and Performance department. You will spearhead sourcing, oversee a team, and shape workforce strategy to attract top talent aligned with business goals.

You will lead end-to-end recruitment, implement modern sourcing methods, and drive diversity, equity, and inclusion while ensuring compliance and strong partnerships with agencies and platforms.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Experience in multinational environments is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of HR analytics and performance metrics.
• Proficiency with HRIS and ATS systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a high-performing talent acquisition team to achieve recruitment objectives efficiently and effectively.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve talent acquisition strategies and workforce planning initiatives tailored to dynamic business needs.
• Collaborate across departments to understand hiring needs and ensure alignment with organizational culture and values.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insightful reports to support data-driven decision-making and improve hiring outcomes.
• Drive talent management initiatives including employer branding, diversity hiring practices, and talent pipeline development.
• Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws, company policies, and best practices in recruitment and employee relations.
• Foster strong partnerships with external recruitment agencies and platforms to expand the talent pool.
• Champion a collaborative team environment that encourages continuous learning and professional development within the talent acquisition function.
