Job summary

Al Tayer Group is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Executive to source, screen, interview, and onboard high-caliber candidates across divisions in the UAE. You will partner with business heads to own manpower budgets and recruitment strategies aligned with business goals.

You will manage end-to-end hiring processes, liaise with department heads, ensure policy-compliant selection, and support onboarding while maintaining strong market talent pipelines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of in-house recruitment experience.
• Experience recruiting across levels from Associate to Senior Management.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-volume hiring.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.

Responsibilities

• Review budgets with TA leadership and drive hiring accordingly.
• Adhere to salary and benefits grids for each position.
• Determine sourcing strategies to reach a wide applicant pool.
• Advertise vacancies using Oracle Recruitment Cloud and external resources.
