The role requires 5–7 years in recruitment, strong stakeholder management, and proficiency with ATS/HR systems to deliver cost-effective hiring aligned with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR recruitment operations.
• Experience using ATS and HR systems with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding.

Our client a leading Construction & Building Maintenance Services is seeking an experienced HR Officer - Recruitment to support and manage end-to-end recruitment activities across the organisation. The role will be responsible for workforce planning, talent acquisition, recruitment operations, agency management, and onboarding coordination while ensuring efficient and cost-effective hiring practices aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from manpower requisition and sourcing to selection, offer management, and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop recruitment plans and ensure timely fulfilment of workforce requirements.
• Source, screen, and assess candidates through various channels to build strong talent pipelines.
• Coordinate interviews, conduct candidate evaluations, and facilitate hiring decisions while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Oversee pre-employment checks, documentation, and onboarding activities in compliance with company policies.
• Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and external vendors to optimise sourcing effectiveness and hiring costs.
• Prepare recruitment reports, monitor hiring metrics and budgets, and drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes and talent attraction strategies.

About You

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR recruitment operations.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, sourcing, and organisational skills, with experience using ATS and HR systems.
