Job summary

Emirates Flight Catering (EKFC) in Dubai seeks a seasoned Talent Acquisition professional to lead end-to-end recruitment, manage volume hiring, and build talent pools through media and networks. You will collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Specialist to understand role profiles and ensure timely fulfilment.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in business or HR and a minimum of five years’ experience in talent acquisition, with familiarity in Taleo and assessment tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or HR is required; CIPD is desirable.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in talent acquisition and volume recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Forecasts hiring needs and aligns with headcount plans.
• Liaises with Talent Acquisition Specialist to define role profiles and vacancy requirements.
• Conducts interviews and assessments to select suitable candidates.
• Develops candidate pipelines through media and referrals and supports employer branding.
