Support Manager for Indian and Malayalee Students in Ajman, UAE

We are seeking a Support Manager to oversee the needs of our Indian and Malayalee students in Ajman, UAE. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Malayalam, as well as have a strong understanding of the cultural backgrounds of these students.

As Support Manager, you will be responsible for providing guidance and assistance to students with any issues or concerns they may have. This includes academic support, personal support, and help navigating any cultural differences they may encounter.

Additionally, you will be responsible for managing part-time job opportunities for students who are looking to gain work experience while studying. You will work closely with local businesses to secure suitable positions for our students, while also ensuring that they are able to balance their work and studies effectively.

Accommodation arrangements will also fall under your responsibilities. You will work with our housing team to ensure that all students have suitable living arrangements during their time in Ajman.

This role requires strong communication skills, as you will be working closely with students from different backgrounds as well as local businesses. You must also have a keen understanding of the needs and challenges faced by international students.
