Job summary

Dubai Airports is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Workforce Planning & Reporting in HR & Development. You will own manpower budgeting, forecasting and reporting for a multi-billion AED portfolio, working with business leaders to align staffing with strategy.

Requirements include a Bachelor degree in Finance/Business Admin/HRM with 7+ years' experience, strong analytical skills, and Excel/BI proficiency. You’ll shape planning models and drive efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Finance/Business Administration or HRM.
• 7+ years in workforce planning, budgeting or HR analytics.
• Knowledge of GCC labour practices and roster concepts.
• Strong analytical capability with Excel/BI proficiency.
• Experience with DoF budget processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end manpower budget for multi-billion AED portfolio.
• Coordinate monthly forecasting and reporting to stakeholders.
• Govern roster systems and support org design and restructures.
• Analyze staffing needs and advise on workforce requirements.
• Develop planning models ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
