Job summary

Dubai Airports is seeking a Senior Manager - Workforce Planning & Reporting to oversee roster governance and the manpower budget across the organisation. You will lead forecasting, monthly reporting, and cost analysis to support strategic decision-making.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Business Administration/HRM and at least 7 years of related experience, with strong Excel/BI skills and knowledge of DoF budget processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of related experience in workforce planning and budgeting.
• Knowledge of GCC labour market and roster practices.

Responsibilities

• Govern roster governance and manpower budgeting for >AED 1B.
• Forecasting and monthly reporting; monitor consumption and queries.
• Evaluate manpower requests and conduct cost impact analysis.
• Manage monthly manpower spending and vacancy tracking using statistical tools.
• Provide manpower plans and recruitment reports to HR and executives.
• Support annual manpower planning and advise on future workforce needs.
• Develop planning models, ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Lead efficiency studies to reduce operational costs.

Senior Manager - Workforce Planning & Reporting

What you'll deliver

You will oversee the governance of employee roster system to support the business

• You’ll manage the end to end process of m anpower budget for over AED 1Billion. Including consolidation of the budget, submission to Department of Finance, monthly forecasting and reporting, monitoring element wise/group wise consumption, Address all budget related queries and ensuring regulatory and HRD policy compliance.
• You’ll evaluate manpower requests by interacting with business partners/line managers, and analyzing work type/content/load, by studying existing organization chart/structure.
• You’ll assist in carrying out major/minor restructuring exercises in various departments and support for cost impact analysis.
• You’ll manage the m anpower spending for each business area on monthly basis and keep track of manpower budget/vacancy utilization through the use of various statistical tools.
• You’ll provide reports of manpower plans and recruitment activities to HR and departmental executive management in order to support business strategies and their objectives.
• You’ll be supporting in leading workforce planning and reporting by analysing business needs, maintaining accurate staffing and vacancy data, supporting annual manpower planning, and advising management on future workforce requirements.
• You’ll be responsibleand involved in developing planning models, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality, and supporting policies related to diversity, equal opportunity, and data protection.
• You’ll carry out efficiency improvement/process optimization studies in order to reduce operational cost - increase workplace harmony among employees/departments.

What you bring

• You should be educated to a Bachelor degree level in Finance/Business Administration/Human Resources Management with a minimum 7 years of experience in related field.
• You’ll have knowledge of GCC labour market, various roster practices/tools.
• You’ll have knowledge of manpower operating model, planning, forecasting and simulation tools as well as Knowledge of Organization design/restructuring etc.

You will have excellent analytical skills and expertise in using excel/BI and other tools

Knowledge of DoF budget process and systems will be an added advantage
