Job summary

du is seeking a Senior Financial Planning & Analysis professional to lead budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning in Dubai. You will drive enterprise-wide reporting, scenario analysis and data-driven insights for EXCO and the Board, while coaching a high-performing finance team.

Role requires deep financial modelling, strong communication skills and experience in complex, regulated industries. A strategic partner to operations, you will link financial performance to business drivers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business or related field.
• Mandatory professional qualification (CA/CPA/ACCA/CIMA/CFA).
• 12–15 years of progressive FP&A/ corporate finance experience in large, complex organisations.
• Proven experience supporting EXCO level decision-making.
• Desirable experience in telecoms, regulated environments, or capital-intensive industries.
• Strong leadership of finance professionals.
• Advanced financial modelling, forecasting and scenario analysis capabilities.
• Ability to link financial performance to operational drivers.
• Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills.
• Proficiency with financial systems, planning tools and analytics platforms.
• Strong problem-solving with a pragmatic mindset.
• Oracle EPMS experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end annual budgeting, medium-term forecasting and 5-year business planning aligned with strategy.
• Provide forward-looking forecasts, scenario analysis, and risk/opportunity assessments.
• Support the Head in translating strategic priorities into robust financial plans and scorecards.
• Coordinate enterprise-wide management reporting (KPI dashboards) for EXCO, Board and regulators.
• Drive governance, data integrity and adherence to internal controls and policies.
• Lead inputs across the company to create a single source of truth for planning and reporting.
• Act as the primary interface for financial planning with auditors and governance forums.
• Lead and develop a high-performing FP&A team and advance analytics, automation and modern planning tools.
