Job summary

Aetram Finserv LLC is seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to acquire and manage client relationships across HNI, UHNI, corporate and retail segments in Dubai. You will assess investment needs and deliver suitable financial solutions while upholding high standards of service and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include expanding the client base through networking, managing onboarding and ongoing servicing, coordinating with Compliance and Product teams, and cross-selling

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of experience in Relationship Management or related fields.
• Experience serving HNI/UHNI or corporate clients is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of financial products, markets, and risk profiling.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• UAE financial-services experience is an advantage.
• CMA/SCA-regulated experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with HNI, UHNI, corporate, and retail clients.
• Identify and acquire new clients through networking and referrals.
• Understand clients’ financial goals and risk profiles.
• Promote and explain financial products and services.
• Manage the client relationship cycle from onboarding to servicing.
• Meet revenue and client acquisition targets.
• Coordinate with Compliance, Operations and Product teams for onboarding.
• Ensure KYC and regulatory compliance for all clients.
• Maintain records of client interactions and activities.
• Stay updated on markets and regulatory requirements.
