Job summary

Aetram Finserv LLC is seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to lead client engagement in the financial services sector in Dubai. You will identify investment needs and deliver suitable solutions while upholding high standards of client service and compliance.

You will drive multi‑channel marketing efforts, manage budgets and governance, and collaborate with Sales, Compliance and product teams to build trusted relationships and achieve business goals in a regulated market.

Qualifications

• Five or more years in marketing, with multi-channel campaign ownership.
• Experience marketing financial services, investment products or insurance in UAE/GCC.
• Ability to review product claims and work with Compliance and product specialists.
• Proven budget control, CRM and campaign measurement; strong English and senior stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead the marketing function across brokerage, funds, portfolio management, and advisory activities.
• Translate goals into a controlled marketing plan with budgets and timelines.
• Oversee campaigns across social, paid media, website, email, events, PR and agencies.
• Ensure compliance and governance; escalate issues to Compliance.
• Coach the team and report monthly on spend, funnel results, and risks.
