Job summary

Aetram Finserv LLC is seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to acquire and manage client relationships across HNI, UHNI, corporate and retail segments in Dubai. You will assess investment needs and deliver suitable financial solutions while upholding high standards of service and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include expanding the client base through networking, managing onboarding and ongoing servicing, coordinating with Compliance and Product teams, and cross-selling

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of experience in Relationship Management or related fields.
• Experience serving HNI/UHNI or corporate clients is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of financial products, markets, and risk profiling.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• UAE financial-services experience is an advantage.
• CMA/SCA-regulated experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Aetram Finserv LLC is looking for an experienced Relationship Manager with a strong background in the financial services industry.

About the Role

The role will focus on acquiring and managing client relationships, understanding investment needs, and delivering suitable financial solutions while ensuring high standards of client service and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with HNI, UHNI, corporate, and retail clients.
• Identify and acquire new clients through networking, referrals, business development, and market outreach.
• Understand clients’ financial goals, investment requirements, and risk profiles.
• Promote and explain the company’s financial and investment products and services.
• Manage the complete client relationship cycle, from onboarding to ongoing servicing.
• Achieve assigned business development, revenue, and client acquisition targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams including Compliance, Operations, and Product teams for smooth client onboarding and servicing.
• Ensure all client documentation and KYC requirements are completed accurately and in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and identify opportunities for cross-selling and relationship expansion.
• Keep updated on financial markets, investment products, industry developments, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and business activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.

Required Skills

• 3–8 years of experience in Relationship Management, Wealth Management, Investment Advisory, Private Banking, Brokerage, Asset Management, or Financial Services.
• Strong existing client network / portfolio will be an advantage.
• Proven experience in client acquisition and revenue generation.
• Good understanding of financial products, investment markets, and client risk profiling.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
• UAE financial-services experience will be an advantage.
• Candidates with relevant CMA/SCA-regulated financial-services experience will be preferred.
• Strong ethical standards and commitment to regulatory compliance.
