Ideal candidates have at least 5 years in B2B corporate travel, with regional experience in Middle East/Africa. The role offers a competitive, uncapped salary package and opportunities for global career growth within Flight Centre Travel Group.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in Business Development within a corporate travel B2B environment.
• Experience across the Middle East & Africa or GCC region is desired.
• Knowledge of the tender process and will have the ability to identify key decision makers within large organizations, helping you foster successful business relationships.
• Your immaculate self-presentation and exceptional interpersonal skills will also help you when liaising with key stakeholders.
• Previous unsuccessful applicants to FCM within the last 24 months should not re-apply.

Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities for the FCM brand.
• Develop strategic plans and liaise with key stakeholders to create and close sales opportunities.
• Achieve targets through lead generation, cold-calling, face-to-face appointments, and networking.
